Nice office facilities Okay starting salary (highest in mcr) Charity days leave in addition to annual leave Some really nice and talented people Graduates taken seriously in some respects e.g. given responsibility Good graduate events The company are good for paying for networking events and training courses which are an intrinsic part of being a graduate surveyor

Bad atmosphere at times, with some internal conflicts Hierarchy between teams Graduate training is limited in some teams/departments Some bullish characters
