Pros

Fine premises, well located. The company pays in term, and makes the due payments for your retirement. Medical care.

Cons

Women don´t earn as much as men do, and they are not promoted as they deserve (only in a few cases). Too much noise due to the layout of the cubicles. No personal space for employees (just for Managers). Poor compensation, low salary.
