Less action. My reporting manager was very nosy. Used to get involved in personal stuff. Less pay as compared to industry standards​ Less connected to brokers Sometimes need to sit long hours

Cons

Communication, Compensation (you'll get more at another firm), no career growth unless you want to become a broker.
