The student workers receive an above average compensation for working there. Many people were surprised by that.

Cons

They do have quiet a lot of bureaucracy. Department requests seem to take some time to come through.

Great overall environment, enjoy the job and the people in general.

Cons

Direct supervisor is a very rigid fellow, and he sets up unrealistic rules. Even though he is a great resource because of his experience, it very difficult to work for him. I am actually looking for another job.
