the hours were very flexible, they worked around my class schedule to make sure i do not have to skip class. working at the lab is also very helpful if you are pursuing a career in mathematics/chemistry since it helps you to remember the basics of math and chemistry

Cons

i dont think there were any downsides to the job. the only thing i wouldve perhaps gone without was the headache from really weak students who would not understand the concepts
