Fantastic company to work for; large company, family-like atmosphere!
Pros
I will be honest in saying, I go home happy everyday and come into work the same day. I have dug my fingers in deep very quickly. I have only done that for companies that I truly feel something where I want to contribute and see us all succeed. I find myself thinking ahead to “where can I assist more?”, “how can I climb the ladder?” Honestly, titles mean nothing in the sense that we are all moving towards a goal and you are just a piece in the puzzle who helps in that goal being attained. I have not seen anyone treated as "less than" at all. There is great respect from managers; they are helpful, always there for answers to questions and respect you as a professional in your field.
Cons
Health Insurance premiums could be better but can not be helped due to relative size of company.
