      Pros

      This Company is truly focused on core values and culture. They embrace their employees as a key part in it's success and the atmosphere within every office around the country is a true "welcome to the family" feeling. Everyone is so helpful and I feel as if no matter the role at Collins, we are all truly working for same goals and results. It certainly is refreshing working here.

      Cons

      1. Bi-Monthly pay schedule. The initial adjustment was a bit challenging but manageable after the initial month.

      Was a fun office at times, good cameraderie, very busy

      Cons

      Poor communication throughout the organization, and particularly this office. This company is not well run from the top on down. You never knew what was going to happen from one day to the next.
