The company states that family and employees are first, but their actions show differently. Individuals and families have been financially devasted by the unfair tactics used to squeeze employees out of their positions and this can be done on the advise of one person in power.

The company expects you to grow with no income. If I asked you to open a store and the bank wont give you money for the store, is your store going to be successful? If you do not have a working partner in your household, how are you going to earn a wage? The enrollments that they offer are worked to death nd the new accounts that they open are really small. Colonial is taking away more renewals. you need to write 50,000 sales credits every year. If you dont you may not get a renewal next year on the business. If you are an account opener then good for you.
