Great job for those of us hwo are very sales driven, and enjoy the ability to work from your home office if you desire. Sales goal expectation are very liberal, and a great amount of hard work and dedication is required to succeed in this company.The company expects a great deal of work performance for all of it employees.

Cons

You are only as good as your last number, if you do not produce you will be demoted then let go if you do not improve.

paid time off, holidays off, weekends off, good insurance

Cons

poor management repoir with employees, senior management tends to be very double minded, they preach family first when in reality you are supposed to leave your home life at the door when you arrive at work and even when time is given for family you pay for it from other employees with backbiting and jealousy and resentment. Completely dishonest with downsizing of departments and it can happen at any time as so when senior management chooses.
