Pros

Easily accessible by public transit, small business atmosphere, free coffee. New CEO is great and is cleaning up Management so things may be getting better in the near future. Co-workers are very kind and helpful. Company pays for and gives support for employee licensing which is rare in insurance business.

Cons

Pay not great, health insurance benefit plan is awful and the employee contribution is extremely high , mandatory Saturdays, sales bonuses are quarterly and very small. Facilities and technology need updating. Not much diversity in sales force.

easy job and it pays the bills, convient for me cause I work from home as well as the downtown location.

Cons

very little one on one time with the supervisors, some of them rarely help out when you have an irate customer. the job is stressful because the people you talk to are dumb and you have to meet a stupid sales quota which is hard to reach because everyone is cheating!!

You are a bonus number. This company will take bonuses lock your computer. Computer issues are done on purpose to stop your production if the company has paid out to much the previous year. This is a broke down company. Not a career choice. Horrible for new agent. The products are three times higher then most other insurance company.
