underpaid-lowest in the industry but works the sales folks the hardest. sales pays the bills but gets a very low commission/sales ratio with a very low base managers keep people in their place instead of listening and fighting for better compensation- unfortunately diversity is not enough if you have minorities in management looking down on minorities on the sales floor

Some awesome people work at Colonial Penn, but they have promoted some evil petty underhanded individuals that will try to make your life hell there. Medical benefits are not that great. Be ready to pay thousands of dollars out of your pocket if you get sick or have medical conditions. It's like high school all around the company. Even some managers act like children and want to sit around and gossip about their staff all day. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable environment.
