Offer weeks old leads yet write up for lack of sales.

Bonus if you can get to inbound and be able to get it.

Cons

Only provides leads that are weeks old for outbound agents, meaning o answers or the clients are already furious you keep calling. You get to watch and bound continuously hit goals and bonus while being told you can't move on to inbound unless you meet goals you're not unable to get because they are not making it possible. And then you're told that you should be working overtime and every weekend to try and make up for it, otherwise you'll be punished.

Supervisors who have no experience in supervising, nor do they attempt to train or grow to be successful in their position. Management is very childish and is only satisfied if you are sucking up and taking everything (even when they are wrong) and praising it. You are answering back to back customer service calls ALL day, with very little to no sales opportunities. The only way to make decent money is to work a lot of overtime or makes the unrealistic goals. Some make it , but many don't. The customer base is feeling deceived and frustrated so that makes for a very long day.
