Pros

Receive in-depth training from various employees in different departments Learn and utilize in-demand technical tools like R, SQL (Redshift), PowerBI

Cons

Company revolves around their mail-order retail operations which can feel outdated when it comes to the growing digital marketing/e-commerce space.

Pros

Great leadership. New CEO has big shoes to fill, but seems to be doing so amazingly. This company is stable, excellent gain sharing, and genuinely cares about it's employees. I'm excited to see the path that the new CEO helps lay out.

Cons

A little old school. Not as progressive as some of the competition.
