Training did not prepare you for calls

Pros

The trainers and staff were friendly and understanding

Cons

Training went really well and I thought I was gonna do great but I had issues with every. single. call. And the resources I had to help either took too long to find or weren't what I needed. The help line was never available, always busy and the system would freeze up on me. It was so stressful and I felt incompetent (and I'm not at all, I work in IT for my FT job!)

Pros

Great health and time off benefits. Lucrative deals at employee sales.

Cons

Small town means internal cliques and preferential treatment. People aren't necessarily promoted or hired based on their merits. Career ceiling is limited in certain roles.
