Pros

Offers great PENSION plan for full time employees. Most supervisors and managers employed with the company have been employed for +10 years.

Cons

Lacking in technology on the distribution side of the company. Seems to be a divide with younger and older employees. Older employees are resistant. Some are not and are very involved with programs to implement changes.

Do they really care about their employees ?

Pros

The employees were enjoyable. The benefits were decent. The extras like Christmas gifts and booster bucks were great.

Cons

They closed the Clinton Call Center because of "business needs" and opened a call center in Mexico a month later. A lot of good people lost a job from a company they believed in and worked hard for. So much for job security with this company! My advice: Look elsewhere for employment.
