      Fun job, commission isn’t set up well

      Pros

      Fun and easy job, get to go around and meet people and talk with them. Learn a lot of stuff even if you’ve been in the auto body industry for a while

      Cons

      Commission is set up poorly. You don’t get a cut of your sales UNLESS a shop sets up an account with you! Many of the shops I make sales at already have accounts or don’t want to set one up, so I’m losing commission on 95% of the sales I make, so I’m basically stuck at base salary.

      Pay, poor management, employee turnover, no support, all Indians and no chiefs, no diversity.
