It's a strange place to work. People advance by being tattle-tails...literally, running to management to make up strange accusations. The more you complain the more you advance. Incompetence rises to upper management here and brown nosing is quite a successful methodology to advance. The IT group is devoid of leadership and panics at each new implementation of SAP, which is taking the company about 2-4 years longer than it should
