Pros
I met a fantastic group of people while working there. Even years later, I still consider them friends. Great discounts and family/friend discounts. Surprisingly generous, in my opinion. Especially compared to another sportswear company I have worked for. Pretty chill work environment.
Cons
Not a "climb the ladder" type of company. They mostly hire outside sources for managing positions rather than promoting those already working there. When I was lucky enough to become a key holder full-time, my hourly wage went up maybe by $0.50 and still some part-time sales associates were getting paid more than me.
