Will take your workload and triple it at random intervals, then personally demean you for missing deadlines or their personal ever-invisible goalposts. All while speaking to the team in a vulgar and unprofessional manner. Despite this bottleneck and salary suck, the rest of the team is strong, passionate, hard-working, and deserves a leader who takes an active role in championing solid creative.
