Pros

Fun & laid back work place. Nice perks i.e apparel discounts for employees, friends & family. Solid hours, very flexible.

Cons

The corporate offices of Columbia Sportswear are in two different buildings. The division of departments makes it very hard for employees in the far building to participate in company events, activities and programs.

Pros

Awesome jackets, employee discount, beach volleyball, lots of paid time off, cafe on site, Sorel and Mountain Hardwear discounts, 401K match

Cons

In Beaverton, not Portland. The pay is horrible, thousands below market value and they don't care. Attitude is if you don't like it, we can replace you. Hours are long, middle managers are glorified timecard monitors, they don't have any training and it shows. Once the economy improves many people will flee this company.
