      Bad place to work.

      Pros

      Decent enough products, decent enough prices, chance for eventual promotion to corporate sales or in the corporate office in Portland.

      Cons

      Terrible treatment of employees, Minimal raises (.25 a year for top sales individuals) I made 9.00/hr coming in brand bew, and someone with 1 1/2 years at the store and a top seller was making $9.13/hr, disposable workforce, little brand loyalty.

      Pros

      Management and co-workers were friendly and laid-back, respected one another, team work on projects. Free columbia sportswear merchandise, employee store benefits.

      Cons

      The management seemed to be all over the place, I kept waiting for them to get their stuff together. Irregular hours, I was assigned a lot more hours then I wanted to work, wages start off at the bottom and I had to wait 9 months to even have the chance to get a raise.
