Pros
Open Door Policy, quick to take action, small enough you can contribute where you want to, ideas are seriously considered or immediately executed, the employee always comes first, real team feel, good support from management.
Cons
Growing pains are sometimes difficult as in any company. Because management wears many hats, it sometimes takes one or more emails/calls to get a response. However, once they do respond, it's quickly taken care of. Sometimes there are more candidates then positions due to customer slow response/action.
