      Pros

      Although I am contracted out to the Air Force, they treat me like an employee that they see on a daily basis. They are fair and very gracious with their benefits and reward us all with extras throughout the year.

      It’s a great pleasure to work for CTP. The benefits are better than any other company I have seen. I am given freedom to work on multiple projects and provided training as neeeded.
