The team atmosphere, the holiday bonus, holiday parties, basket raffles, Friday 50/50s, learning how the equipment we made works and components that goes into it

Cons

Favoritism was high. Poor performers that were newly hired made more than the employees who did their job well and had been there longer. Promoted the wrong people to supervisor. If you do your job too well, you will have no room for growth and be stuck in the same position.

Management is rude. A lot of gossip and discrimination in corporate office. Micromanagement. Purchaser manager is rude and disrespectful.
