      Location of corporate office Salary is higher than most, but at what cost? Cheap benefits

      Cons

      Work life balance is non-existent, no flexibility in schedule and you are made to feel bad for even calling in sick with the flu. Zero growth opportunity. You will be working long hours just to try to keep up, and don't even bother asking your manager for support or guidance because they don't care and don't want to be bothered. The culture is so toxic that middle management encourages gossiping about your co-workers. I've heard sexist and racist comments from all levels in the organization. HR has been involved and is well aware of the issues in the department but has done nothing to correct it. Your health and wellbeing will suffer here.

      Pros

      Good progress on several fronts - talent, process, technology, communication Great acquisitions in recent years. Shifting more towards technology solution provider from mature industrial commodity.

      Cons

      In early stages of developing global processes. Must be comfortable rolling up sleeves, working with some gray space, and developing processes as you go.
