Pros

Everyone around me is hard-working, good benefits, culture is moving in the right direction with new CEO. People consistently seem to try to do the right thing. There is a lot of work to be done as the company moves forward- this is definitely uncomfortable at times (even for people who like change), but for the best. Everyone has been very friendly, supportive, and helpful as I've learned my way around.

Cons

Company is really complicated for the size, it's not easy to find everything/everyone you need to do a good job. A few folks are stuck in the past and not comfortable adapting. Some departments are understaffed.

There is no reason a self respecting person would want to work at Columbus McKinnon in Ohio. There are plenty of other places to work that will value you.

Cons

EVERYTHING!! There is no organization at CM. There is no accountability, no respect for employees, no chance to succeed. The list of cons go on and on.
