Pros

Investing to make the business stronger and better. Great colleagues who are always willing to help. Tons of charity work which is a testament to the hearts of the employees.

Cons

Like any publicly traded company, decisions for long-term business health can sometimes be sacrificed for short-term investor gains.

Pros

Like the job, interesting, good wages, good benefits. Enjoy working with most of my fellow employees. Use to be a reliable employer. A lot of really good people over the years.

Cons

Total disregard for employees. Communication is non existent, total lack of respect. Upper management hasn't listened to anyone on the floor for years. Apparently just because you have worked on the floor for years doesn't mean you know anything.

Toxic Culture

Pros

Pay is good compared to what is available in the area.

Cons

Absolutely the worst, most toxic culture ever. It is created from senior leadership. The CEO is lost, President of the America’s constantly harasses and belittles employees while showing favoritism to incompetent ones that grovel to him. The organization structure changes every quarter. You cannot get any resources that you need. Finance and leadership put insane controls on cash flow to try and hit their bonus while leaving manufacturing without parts. For example, they do not pay their vendors, especially at end of quarter, and do not let manufacturing order parts they need to control an inventory target that is unrealistic. Our customers are rightfully upset and leaving in groves, but the issues start with the C-suite and their incompetence.
