Very fulfilling working with students and helping them to transform their lives and that of their families through education and training.

Cons

Mean-spirited personalities and politics abound. Top heavy ivory tower. Management is laying off in student services, DEI, recreation and wellness and voter education areas (mostly women 50+), but keeping big $$$ cronies making little impact. They give a lot of lip service to "holistic student services" but expect advisors to be effective in six minutes (10/hr) and caseloads are 1100+ students/advisor. Students will suffer.
