Columbus State Community College reviews

Training isn't mandatory to faculty, but should be because they seem to know nothing even though they have worked for 10yrs or more. Nothing has changed, just trying to get over or be lazy. A lot of employees seem to put things off onto other departments instead of handling the situation for the student or giving them the proper resources (leads back to CSCC's training budget being low). The budget for the college is "non-existent" so they have taken away a lot of employee benefits that we enjoyed. such as the workout center, full-time employee tuition reimbursement, coffee & office supplies for Adjuncts etc... Benefits like those help retain employees. With all of the short notice changes happening so secretly and quick... with limited training. I foresee the future of the college going downhill slowly, but surely. there will be a lot of students, but no employees..... which means bad business....
