Pros
Great company, steady, job security, feel needed, good team and management. Can move positions in company and they encourage growth
Cons
In my position feel it's time to expand, feel like I've plateaued, ready for next chapter. Wish team work was more cohesive and on the same page, want more of a challenge in the sense that I contribute meaningfully, but difficult with Covid.
