Pros

Good diversity in workforce, especially on managerial/ salaried side. Wide array of positions and opportunities even for non-engineer employees. Sufficient compensation depending on the group/ department.

Cons

Work/life balance often very poor resulting in burnout. Poor management/ leadership in many departments. Significant attrition/ turnover. Impulsive direction and priority changes within groups. Poor training or guidance in many departments.

Good Pay & benefits, job security, solid industry, plenty of job opportunities within the company

Cons

Poor quality of life, on call 24/7 for customer demands, unrealistic expectations from management. Job function is really that of a customer service rep. Account Managers are not used for strategic partnerships, but as clerks. Poor use of human resources. Old mentality company that has not keep up with other industries
