      Pros

      good benefits and salary. lots of office locations which means flexibility of jobs throughout.

      Cons

      emergency response duty is required. lots of questionable leadership actions.. I use to believe leaders were good until government/news has dug up info... very fast paced but leads to being overworked and burned out. no work/life balance.

      Pros

      Fantastic company culture. Every single person I came across was extremely kind and helpful. I learned so much about the utility industry, as well as corporate America.

      Cons

      All of that being said, the experience is what you make of it. There are definitely moments of disorganization and down time, but how you react to it makes or breaks the experience.
