Pros

Bagels. Some co-workers. Location. But mostly bagels.

Cons

Micro-management to the core when I was there. You felt like any move you made was being watched. I think they even monitored how long you used the bathroom. A lot of threats from upper management. No room for growth. This company is pretty much a joke besides the fact that you can learn a lot about FMLA. I remember one time, morale was so bad that the president of the company came in to say 'too bad' and to 'get over it'. Okay sir, we are over it, bye.

Pros

Some coworkers are amazing people. Some don't even try. Location. Water. A cafe downstais that has coffee for a huge price. Just trying to attain 20 words.

Cons

The CEO said in a group meeting after a huge fail requiring a group meeting with all the FMLA people that "No one is holding a gun to your head to work here".

Pros

Absolutely no pros working at this place unless you like being micromanaged by people who are supposed to have empathy being that they have their clinical counseling degrees but have absolutely none. If you like monotonous work where you are on the phone all day repeating the same things over and over again, this is the place for you.

Cons

If you have any issues with the management team (e.g. their micromanagement among other things), don't think that complaining or meeting with the HR team will do anything for you. There is absolutely zero care for any of the employees that isn't in a higher position. The amount of favoritism in this place is disgusting; if you are not one of the select few that they management team likes, forget about trying to get any help from them without being condescended towards when they "help" you with questions or concerns. If you want any vacation time off, good luck getting it approved unless you're six months out from the event. Also forget about paid vacation time while you're at it because anytime you're sick they take out hours of your vacation time; and that's ONLY if you have earned said sick or vacation time via 1/2 day earned with each pay check. That's right, if you are somehow never sick or just love talking to 30+ people on the phone a day when you're sick and miserable, you will earn 1 day of PTO a month as that is the only way you will be paid for anytime you take off.
