Good location to the city and nice coworkers.

Cons

Horrible place to work. Sub-par benefits. No progression track and no appreciation for employees. This company only cares about the bottom line and will nickel and dime you. Even if it's your first job, don't take it.

Pros

Great location, bagel Fridays, nice coworkers. Also some recent improvements to the kitchens, cubicles, and offices. Not a whole lot else to speak of.

Cons

Poor management, no sense of career path or progression. Pay is low and is borderline unacceptable for the Chicago area. The whole organization has issues and you can't even report things to HR without fear of it getting back to your manager. Very high turnover.
