      Pros

      The margins made by company are tremendous, so they treat you out like kings. Brings in Baja Fresh, pizza, Famous Dave's or any other catered event almost every week. In over a year, I only brought a lunch maybe twice. Structured environment, led by the book. Rules are followed and adhered to, which can be a pro since it helps to have some substance to what you are doing. Without it, workplace just becomes chaos.

      Cons

      Leadership has been steered by those who have ran the business for 20+ years. Advancements, new ideas are not heard very much, so expect to perform tasks that are repetitive and complicated. This is because there is little to no evolution in the workplace to make processes improved, instead improvement comes by "adding on" to existing processes. Any business class I have taken has taught me to avoid this kind of mentality, but maybe it can change with new leadership. One Finance leader in particular cannot see out his office door, and has never worked for another company in his life so he is pretty stuck in his ways. Some other leaders are similar in fashion, so be cautious when you begin working to keep your head down and don't promote any ideas to make something better. Leave that up to leadership to figure it out their own particular way.
