*Excellent management (knowledgeable, friendly, personable, & they truly care about you) *Exceptional benefits (medical, dental, discount on cable services, etc..) *Room for advancement (if you work hard, you are rewarded with a promotion/raise) *Challenging work environment (I enjoy my job and look forward to it everyday)

Benefits and 401k, company outings

Cons

Work weekends, Work late nights, Communication is terrible, fire drills late in the day, unorganized and ineffective leadership, pay sucks, no room for advancement, bonuses are a joke

Great place to learn about the industry, it's the largest cable company in the US. Resources were always available, company is always innovating

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement. in terms of promotions, older and proven assocaites should be given special treatment or at least more chances
