My coworkers were all very kind and helpful. You get the fastest internet and cable practically free The pay was nothing to complain about You can take yourself and three other people to Universal Studios once a year for free Good Benefits (Medical, Dental, Eyes, Stock Options, etc.) The Comcast Technology Center has a fully equipped gym on one of the upper floors which made being forced to be in office not so bad

Cons

The return to office policy. Organization reshuffling in recent years causing a lack of job security. Might have to stay up as late as 2am when deployments happen, although I was allowed to work from home the following day and skip the daily standup.
