Very less work pressure Friendly and collaborative colleagues Hybrid and flexible work hours for the most part

Cons

Many teams have dependency on their onsite counterparts and usually slow development process due to it but this is not applicable to all teams as there are a few teams which have ownership in CIEC which makes them more dynamic and more fast paced
