Pros

Discounted Cable & Internet Services

Cons

Hostile work environment. No room for growth. Employees are constantly telling on each other and worried about losing their positions. They recently went through a reorganization and the employees who were able to stay do not know how to work with new expectations or new employees. No company culture or values. They want you to stay at your desk and discourage mingling or even walking to the rest room or to get more coffee. I do not recommend working for this company.

Pros

Insurance is great. Significantly discounted Cable is also great.

Cons

Entire company lies. From HR down to the people that clean the toilets. I was told when I started that it takes up to a year to build a client base and that my guarantee would be extended. They know the summer months are slow but that didnt matter neither did their word. I was sent away from my family for a week to train in PA and the training was so far behind what the way the company wants to run, that it was pointless. I also asked for feedback from the trainer and never got it. Once returned from training the company doesnt help put the "skills" you learned to work. I was told to go out and make friends and watch tv. This company does not care about you as a person or your development it is sink or swim. They also took accounts away from me without telling me, even when I would email my manager specifically about it they ignored the email and didn't tell me until I had to go above my managers head to his boss. I was put on a performance improvement plan, got no support after that and was told to resign or they would let me go. Constant lies. The only thing I wasn't lied to about was the 2 weeks they paid me to sit at home and look for a new job. They also have reps who have been there for 20 years and have all the good accounts so if you start here you will not be able to make any money unless someone leaves or retires. STAY FAR AWAY FROM COMCAST SPOTLIGHT.
