Lack of competition is bad for customers as well as employees. Do not work there for any extended period.

- Management prefers to offer "spin" as opposed to correcting problems - Lack of communication among the ranks of employees is extremely poor (by design) - Lack of accountability for management is weak. Consequences for poor business decisions (and/or execution) are only received by technicians, customer service, and customers. - After entry level training, further training is difficult to receive. - technicians are not viewed with respect (more often as a scape goat), consequently promotion opportunities are limited. - Work load and time constraints are, at times, unreasonable; as well as inconsistent with customer service goals/mission statements. - Politics and favoritism are common place
