Pros

The people are nice and smart, you get free stuff, sometimes get to test new products. Pay's ok. Not bad

Cons

Don't like you working at home, still some deadwood in the organization that the company doesn't remove unfortunately but the new president is making changes

Pros

Free Cable Free Internet Decent benefits package Flexible work schedule Adequate vacation and time off package Company provided cell phone Nice training program

Cons

Metrics for Direct Sales Reps is impossible to reach unless you live in a large metro area Hours worked by Direct Sales Reps are non conventional 11am to 8pm Some weekend work is mandatory, but if you aren't reaching goal you will be expected to work 6 days a week Work in all weather conditions It is basically a door to door sales environment Constant pressure to reach metric levels Constant write ups and jeopardy of job loss if metrics aren't met

Pros

My experience working at the company for the time I worked at the company was an OK experiencefor me.

Cons

Not any real big cons to report for the time I worked at the company. The only negative thing was maybe just that I had to work a lot.
