      Pros

      The cable benefits are pretty good though not as good as they used to be. The medical benefits are just okay. They used to be better than most other places that offer medical insurance but Comcast is cheaping out more and more every year.

      Cons

      Work loads are oppressive. This is true across all departments. I know so many people who are looking for other jobs outside of the company. And these are not lazy people. These are hard working, knowledgeable people. There is a feeling of being set up for failure. - You didn't do x,y,z so we can't give you the raise you want. Comcast should just be truthful and say, we have made a decision to reduce raise amounts. People still won't like it but at least they won't get the you are a failure message.

      Pros

      Access to Comcast services at a BIG discount.

      Cons

      There is a definite caste system; rewards stay near the top, politics are alive and well. Benefits and rewards are WAAAYY behind the market. There is little to no development for professionals outside the technical arena.
