Pros

Access to Comcast services at a BIG discount.

Cons

There is a definite caste system; rewards stay near the top, politics are alive and well. Benefits and rewards are WAAAYY behind the market. There is little to no development for professionals outside the technical arena.

Pros

Generous hourly wage (for a contract job at least) Nice, clean facilities Free lunch twice a week Nice fellow co-workers Secure place; felt comfortable and safe at the facilities after dark

Cons

Waiting for the other shoe to drop since you never know when you'll be replaced Opportunities for growth and permanent employment are limited unless you're chummy with key people Generous salaries and other benefits seem to be at the expense of gouged customers who get lousy customer service

Pros

ability to learn about different aspect example if you are programmer then you can learn business analysis and become IT expert

Cons

no appreciation the more you work the more load you got and management has no authority meaning they been micro managed by their manager if you ask for a small thing that your manager can take he has to go back to his manager
