Pros

Comcast is a well-known leader in the media and technology industry. Their career portal is robust, offering insights into the company and its various opportunities.

Cons

The interview process was extremely disappointing and riddled with contradictions. After scheduling an interview, I was suddenly told that there was no budget for the position—a claim that was not only misleading but also disrespectful of my time. A week later, I received another email stating I was no longer being considered due to other candidates having more experience. Being declined twice for conflicting reasons left me feeling as though the process was unprofessional and poorly managed. Despite being rejected twice, Comcast continues to insist on keeping me in their "talent pool," which feels intrusive and almost like harassment.
