Pros

Great for student who needs down time for homework or a parent who needs that off schedule to be available to their children during the day.

Cons

Please make yourselves available and provide the nes. tools needed. It is difficult to be alone and have little support at night when an issue may arise.

Fairly easy work. Not challenging but not overtaxing either. Great job while going to school. A lot of down time to do home work

Cons

The pay isn't very good. All the hotels are franchises, so there is little or no room for advancement.
