The location is nice and lots of slow moments that allow for television, video games, and relaxation. The guests are nice too.

Cons

management does not respect the employees, they jump all over small mistakes and neglect to acknowledge when things go great. management does not take responsibility for their own mistakes. shoddy painting, carpentry, furniture. lost AAA rating and fail franchise inspections.

Part of Choice Hotels, International. Employee discounts worldwide.

Cons

No loyalty by management to employees. Everyone treated as though they are not necessary and are easily replaced. Once a person knows a lot about their job, management finds a way to get rid of them. Management is not open to suggestions on making anyone's job easier or more efficient. Employees are rarely encouraged to work together as a team. Raises are promised but almost never given.

Good Hours, good people to work around, it was fun, flexible management, the weekend was the most fun time to work

Cons

bad training program for all employees in place, they don't seem to care too much about making their empoloyees happy
