Pros

I liked the small company feel. You really got to know everyone and were definitely not just a name in an email to corporate.

Cons

The pay was not competitive, I was able to find a comparable job with another company in the same town making a much higher salary.

Due to being small, not much contractual flexibility and career growth is dependent on contracts available Training and educational subsidy is on as needed basis Due to size, has many single points of failure or requires heroes
