Pros

Very relaxed environment. You have a lot of ownership and there is zero micro management. As long as you get the job done then, you will be left alone more or less (remote environment).

Cons

None I can think of.

Pros

I liked the small company feel. You really got to know everyone and were definitely not just a name in an email to corporate.

Cons

The pay was not competitive, I was able to find a comparable job with another company in the same town making a much higher salary.
