      Pros

      The only pro here is the nice stand up desk the provide for developers.

      Cons

      Lack of talent and resources. Be prepared to be overworked and then talked about negatively in stand-up’s when you don’t overwork yourself. Be prepared to be pulled in multiple ways and do triple the work for the same pay. No motivation to work with newer technologies and implement new ideas. Most of the IT people who work here are older and all they know is Commerce. Also expect to work three times as hard to prove yourself if you’re not as “regular” as everyone else around you on the floor. Oh — and they also don’t pay out your money they’re supposed to if you ever decide to resign.

      Pros

      The culture being a part of performance review process. That it's not just numbers but attitude and incorporating the company values in your actions also matters to the organization.

      Cons

      Upper management played favorites and were not all professional, abused their position.

      It can be a positive environment as long as you continue to kiss up to the managers

      The managers have their favorites and if you're not one of them there is no room for advancement
