      Pros

      The company embraces diversity and Millennials

      Cons

      Cubicle nightmare. Lots of turnover in the department and position I was in (before and during my employment). Manager had history of gaslighting employees. No Human Resource Department. The bank only has “Talent Acquisition” department. Big difference. No assistance provided after several requests and documentation provided. Horrible experience.

      Conservative, Hierarchical Environment

      Pros

      There are young people being brought in through programs, and the culture is supposedly changing. Maybe in ten or fifteen years after more management has retired it'll be better.

      Cons

      The culture isn't truly changing, even though it's talked about a lot. Older management styles, very apparent hierarchy, below average pay, overworking is becoming increasingly common, strict security policies (it's a bank afterall), a weird mixture of purchased software and custom development, many older employees who have only ever worked at the bank and who are resistant to new ideas,

      Cheap labor and afraid to think outside of the box

      Pros

      Once you are in the door, you will have a job for as long as you want. Great launching pad for careers elsewhere.

      Cons

      The company will not get rid of people who don't perform, who bring other people down, lacks creativity, fair pay among respective grade levels and innovation.
